Quinta Milh\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Outrora uma quinta rodeada de vinhas, com uma vasta floresta eucaliptal, pomares e alguns <\/span>lagares e barrac\u00f5es que foram entretanto deixados \u00e0 sorte do tempo, este era o local eleito por toda a fam\u00edlia Milh\u00e3o\u00a0para os seus dias de fim de ver\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span>Alberto Milh\u00e3o, um cirurgi\u00e3o dos anos 1920 e bisav\u00f4 da V\u00e2nia, preparava-se para o inverno fazendo longas caminhadas pela floresta, respirando o aroma calmante e medicinal dos eucaliptos.<\/p>

Os anos 90 marcaram o in\u00edcio dos primeiros restauros, sendo alvo destes a Country House e a Casa M\u00e3e, mas durante mais de 20 anos a quinta continuou ao abandono do cultivo.<\/span><\/p>

Depois de 10 anos a viver entre It\u00e1lia, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha e Brasil e de uma inesquec\u00edvel jornada \u00e0 volta do mundo,V\u00e2nia estabeleceu-se na Quinta Milh\u00e3o em 2015 e vive agora na Casa M\u00e3e com a sua fam\u00edlia, nesta que j\u00e1 representa a 5\u00aa e 6\u00aa gera\u00e7\u00e3o a viver neste local.<\/span><\/p>

Em 2016, uma vasta planta\u00e7\u00e3o de mirtilos de 1,5ha deu lugar ao vazio dos socalcos e plan\u00edcies. Com este reavivar da vida na quinta, 2017 trouxe consigo a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o dos \nvelhos lagares e casebres, resultando na Casa da Horta e do Pomar, e uns anos depois na Casa Nova. <\/span>old mills and hovels, resulting in \u2018Casa da Horta\u2019 and \u2018Casa do Pomar\u2019, and a few years later in \u2018Casa Nova\u2019.<\/span><\/p>

Este projeto \u00e9 o reflexo das recorda\u00e7\u00f5es, das paisagens e das pessoas que V\u00e2nia trouxe consigo de cada viagem. La Casa da Horta o\u00f9 nous logions est tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9quip\u00e9, juste ce qu'il faut pour les vacances. La d\u00e9co est super sympa, une alliance r\u00e9ussie entre les pierres et le moderne, fa\u00e7on scandinave. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur stay was just awesome. The Quinta is beautiful located in the mountains next to Guimaraes, a wonderfull town 10min by car, with nice restaurants and bars. Our little cottage was cozy, very clean, with comfortable beds and lots of lovely details. To be honest: We went the 4th time (first time as a little family) to Portugal and this location was maybe the best and most beautiful. Just enjoy the sundowner at the infinitypool or on your private terrace. On s'y sent comme dans un cocon et les nuits sont tr\u00e8s paisibles. Les h\u00f4tes disposent d'une tr\u00e8s belle piscine \u00e0 d\u00e9bordement avec une tr\u00e8s belle vue. Tr\u00e8s disponibles, Vania et toute son \u00e9quipe se montrent excr\u00e9ment discret. The farmstead is beautiful and pool is so much better than the pictures (can you believe it !!). The host was super helpful, fresh bead every day, we had home grown blueberries and finally the children made lemonade from the lemons growing above the terrace\u2026. We had the privilege of indulging in the pristine and generously sized pool, providing a refreshing respite from the sun. The accommodation was spotless, equipped with every essential for a comfortable stay. Complimentary on-site parking is an added perk, and the entire setting exudes tranquility and charm. V\u00e2nia is an exemplary host, showcasing excellent communication skills and graciously permitted us a slightly extended check-out. With a breathtaking view, we like it so much that we switched tours in Guimar\u00e3es to enjoy the stay. It is also an excellent space to rewind and rest.
