Process<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1031\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1031\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For booking requests made:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Until 30 days before arrival:<\/strong>\u00a0 bank transfer of 50% of the total amount and payment of the remaining 50% until \u00a030 days before the check-in date.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>After 30 days before arrival:<\/strong> bank transfer of 100% of the total amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You have to send proof of payment by email. The reservation is only effective upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Quinta Milh\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details in the separator \u201cOur Villas\u201d. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Cancellation made 30 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full deposit refund<\/li><li>Cancellation made 30 days or less of arrival date = 50% of deposit refund<\/li><li>Cancellation made 15 days or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due<\/li><\/ul><p>Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due.<\/p><p>In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1034\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1034\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Pets<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1034\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1034\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Small pets are only accepted in \u201cCountry House\u201d, max: 1 pet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An extra cleaning fee of \u20ac50,00 is required as well as a deposit of \u20ac150,00 to be used in case of damages. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a charge per key lost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out.
